Guns on the Roof, hard hitting melodic teenage punk band form Leeds, U.K. The band have done a full U.K. tour with The Anti-Nowhere League and have played with established bands such as Rancid, Stiff Little Fingers, U.K. Subs, The Briggs, The Meteors. Pure Punk Rock Therapy is the debut album from GOTR and was released in early 2006.
The Skids were a punk band formed in Dunfermline, Scotland by Stuart Adamson (on guitars, vocals, keyboards, percussion), Richard Jobson ( vocals, guitar, keyboards), Thomas Kellichan (drums) and William Simpson (bass guitar, vocals) in 1977. They signed to Virgin and issued "Sweet Suburbia" and "The Saints Are Coming" before shooting to popularity with top ten single "Into The Valley", from their first album "Scared to Dance". Drongos for Europe are a Birmingham based hardcore punk band. They formed in 1979 playing the first gig in November '79 at St. Marks Church in Great Barr Birmingham. The original line up was Tommy vocals, Steve on guitar, Swainey on bass and Gebs on drums. The first vinyl release was in 1981, an EP called "Adverse Chorus" financed by local tattoo artist Tony Lynx. Only 1000 copies were pressed. The do it yourself record sleeves all had to be glued together individually, the records always stood out from the others because the sleeve was too big to fit into a standard 45 record box.
VERBAL Warning’s early eighties incarnation built themselves an uncompromising reputation in the Nottingham area and played with some of the big bands of the day.
Chumbawumba, Conflict, Flux of Pink Indians, Rudimentary Peni, Napalm Death and The Subhumans all shared bills with the original Warning.
Paul, switching to bass, decided to resurrect the band in 2005 and, after using the modern technology of the Internet to find Ian on drums and Lee on guitar, soon it was decided a singer was needed and an old mate of Paul's, John was bought in on vocals.

3. - The Killjoys - Canadian 1. The Killjoys were a British punk band which formed in 1977. The band released only one single, "Johnny Won't Get to Heaven". Their lead singer, Kevin Rowland, later formed Dexys Midnight Runners 2. Formed by Craig Pilkington and Anna Burley as a pop-folk group, from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, received critical acclaim for their 1990 Album Ruby, include receiving an ARIA award for best independent release.
It was way back in 1978, in Northern Ireland, that the DEFECTS first picked up guitars, playing covers of punk classics to their mates. The original line-up consisting of Buck(vocals), Dukie(guitar), Glenn(drums) and Geoff(bass). By 1980 Geoff had been replaced by Gary and with leathers, studs & bristles intact, the band were ready for their assault on the music biz. The band recorded the obligatory demo tape, but the response from English records companies was zero. Enter Dennis MILLIGAN, a friend of the band who offered to split the cost of releasing an EP with the boys.
