It turns out that Greg Oreck & Holmar Filipsson met in Greenland where they had both been individually exploring the worlds largest glacier. After their chance meeting at the summit, they quickly found they shared a common interest -- creating electronic music under extreme conditions. Together they took "Extreme Music" to a new level. Like Mr. Filipsson puts it : "We make music where no man has made music before."
The production duo of Gabriel Ben and Tacopimp formed the Tattoo Detectives in 2005 and has become one of the most exciting new talents in the global dance music scene. Their unique blend of electronic, funky, housey, techno elements have often come together to create some floor pounding productions. Their vibrant crowd pleasing DJ sets have often filled floors and their releases have landed on a number of different prestigious labels globally, including Intec, Sound of Acapulco, Twisted as well as their own imprint, Teggno Records.
“On a afternoon somewhere in the beginning of 2007 two friends decided to join forces, one Dj and one producer, both sharing great passion for house music.. Bassjackers was born..!” Bassjackers aka Marlon Flohr and Ralph van Hilst had not foreseen what was coming when they started out with their collaboration. Marlon was already Dj-ing for a while and Ralph experimented a lot with making different kinds of dance music. Marlon was mainly playing house music at the time and then the idea came to push Ralphs productions in that direction so that Marlon could play the tracks in his sets.
