Hailing from Oslo, Norway, this remarkable singer/songwriter has a depth of soul and honesty in her songs that will make you wonder how a young girl of 22 could possibly have such a moving and powerful sound. When asked about her music during a live performance on BBC Radio Merseyside in February 09, Monika explained that “It’s just my thoughts wanting to come out!”.
