Telekinesis

Telekinesis is Michael Benjamin Lerner, an indie rocker based out of Seattle who is currently signed to Merge Records.
Lerner signed to Merge Records in early 2009, and shortly afterward released the eponymously named debut album Telekinesis! on April 7, 2009. Recorded in September of 2008, the album was produced, mixed, and engineered with the help of Chris Walla (guitarist for Death Cab For Cutie), recording one song per day on analog tape.
While on tour, Lerner is joined by Chris Staples, David Broecker, and Jonie Broecker to make up the touring band.

Okkervil River

Okkervil River began as a mutual project of Will Sheff (vocals, guitar), and Seth Warren (guitar).

They met and collaborated together when both were still in high school in Meriden, NH. After relocating to Austin, TX in the late 90's, the duo decided to re-assemble the band with the addition of Zachary Thomas (vocals, bass), Jonathan Meiburg (vocals, banjo), and drummer Mark Pedini.

In 1998, the group self-released their first disc, the "Bedroom" (EP), followed a year later with their debut album "Stars Too Small to Use".

Codeine

American indie rock band formed in New York in 1989 by members Stephen Immerwahr (vocal, bass), Chris Brokaw (drums) and John Engle (guitar). Codeine pioneered the slowcore and sadcore subgenres of indie rock, but with a more experimental attitude than other bands in the genre, such as Low, Idaho and Red House Painters. The band's original tone, marked by slow tempos, Immerwahr's nasal and apathetic vocals, and Engle's ringing Telecaster, did not evolve much during their career.

(1) Sheepy is a musician/songwriter from Liverpool, UK. He has performed in many bands in the UK, playing around the UK aswell as Ireland, Germany, Austria and Latvia. 2009 was a bit of a break but 2010 is going to be the Big year as he relocates to South America with a guitar and some energy. Sheepy songs are usually around 3 minutes, pop, rock and punk sounding and recorded quickly on a not-so-good computer with not-so-good instruments. This year will see more songs, more gigs, more videos and new people!
