There are two artists using the name Greatest Hits. 1) Greatest Hits is the side-project of Sam Manville, guitarist in BlakFish. He makes really great hits. He has released a 7 track promo CD (limited to 50 copies), as well as having one of his songs on the BSM Spring 09 Collection CD. 2) Greatest Hits is ex-wedge, ex-lady lazarus, ex-dead quartet, ex-free beer and strippers, ex-captain blood blood and the sea dogs multi-instruMentalist Tom William Moody. He sometimes makes songs.

Drive There Now

Drive There Now are a 4-piece Indie Rock band from Manchester, UK. They fuse Alternative Rock and Indie to create upbeat and uplifting songs. Drive there now started in the summer of '09 as an acoustic two peice, with just Lee and Anthony. They decided that the songs they were writing though needed more... So they started looking for band members to fill in the gaps. At this time two of their close friends, Ben & Oliver's band split up leaving them bandless. This unfortunate event was great for DTN because they needed a bass player and a drummer.

Xiu Xiu

Xiu Xiu (pronounced "shew shew") is an experimental band originally from San Jose, California and currently based in Durham, NC and Brooklyn The band is named after the main character of the 1998 Chinese film Tian yu (a.k.a. Xiu Xiu: The Sent-Down Girl). Xiu Xiu was first formed in 2000 and is the main project of singer-songwriter Jamie Stewart, who records with friends on his home computer. Past members include Cory McCulloch, Lauren Andrews and Yvonne Chen.

Republic of Loose

The band is comprised of Mick Pyro (vocals), Brez (guitar), Dave Pyro (guitar), Benjamin Loose (bass), Andres (drums), and Deco (keyboards). Republic of Loose are a Dublin-based band who have broken the seal of the usual run-of-the-mill Irish singer/songwriter act.

Blasting onto the the music scene through the help of Phantom FM with "Hold Up!," The Loose gained the foundation of a firm fanbase. With the gospel-like vocals and back-to-basics funk, the lads sell out venues such as The Ambassador, The Village, and The Stables.

Drew McConnell

Drew McConnell (born November 10th, 1978 in Dublin, Ireland) is best known as the bassist for the band Babyshambles--which is the group formed and fronted by ex-Libertine Peter Doherty. Prior to performing with Babyshambles he was in the group Elviss and played with the band The Phoenix Drive. He is currently working on his solo project, fronting Helsinki and also plays bass for Fionn Regan. Drew sometimes plays solo acoustic shows as well.

Panache

There are numerous bands with the name Panache 1) Panache joins two Montrealers: Carl-Éric Hudon and Benoît Fréchette. They produced an album also named Panache with Grosse Boîte producers. Their style could be described as pop-punk. Panache was nominated alongside Bernard Adamus and Jimmy Hunt for the Félix-Leclerc prize in 2011. 2) Panache is a lush pop project about unrealized fantasy dreams and the disappointment that comes from waking up, knowing that you had it all within your grasp.

Danielson

Danielson Famile (aka Danielson) is a band from Clarksboro, New Jersey, that plays a quirky blend of Indie pop and gospel music. They are also a notable example of Bass-Pop, perhaps more fittingly called Avant-Pop. The members of the band are Daniel Smith and his siblings Megan Smith (Megan Slaboda), David Smith, Rachel Smith (Rachel Galloway), Andrew Smith, wife Elin K. Smith, and friend Chris X. Smith (Chris Palladino). Recently, Sufjan Stevens has joined the band as an adopted member of the family, playing banjo on the album Brother Is to Son and touring with them when possible.

J Mascis

J Mascis (b. 1965) is an American musician and songwriter, probably best-known as the singer, guitarist, and songwriter for Dinosaur Jr., though he has also occasionally worked as a producer and film composer. Born Joseph Mascis on 10th December 1965 in Amherst, Massachusetts, in the early 1980s he founded the short-lived hardcore group Deep Wound with his high school friends Lou Barlow and Scott Helland. He started out on drums, but moved to guitar when he went on to found Dinosaur Jr.

There are several bands by the name of Sugar:
(1) Project of former Hüsker Dü member Bob Mould.
(2) is a Korean girl-pop group with releases in Japan and Korea
(3) is a Japanese visual-kei group (Sugar).
(4) is Australian psy-trance producer / artist Felix Hamer, on the Green Ant label from Melbourne, Australia.
(5) is a rockband from Den Bosch The Netherlands. Sugar (1) was formed by Bob Mould after the breakup of Hüsker Dü, and conceived as having a similar sound, though with Mould as the sole leader.
