Three artists are known as Little Joe 1. José María De León Hernández, known professionally as Little Joe is an American performer. He is usually joined by his band Y La Familia Borrachera. In 1992, their album 16 de Septiembre earned the Award for Best Mexican-American Performance. 2. A band called Little Joe was formed in November 2003 in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. Nuala is a singer/songwriter born and raised in North London, now living in Hertfordshire, but with roots grounded in her Irish/Spanish parentage. Previously a member of South London based bands Melontribe and Scary Big Fish, she has established herself as a respected songwriter and solo performer with appearances at acoustic venues around central London and on radio.

Sierra Maestra

Sierra Maestra are a Cuban band started in 1976. They sought to revive 1920's classic son, which came from the mountain range on the east of Cuba, after which the band was named. Their members included Juan de Marcos Gonzalez, before he left to join the Afro-Cuban All Stars and Jesus Alemany, who formed Cubanisimo. The band is still together.

Buena Vista Social Club

The Buena Vista Social Club was the name of a members-only music club in Havana, Cuba that was at its height during the 1940s. In the late 1990s Wim Wenders made a movie upon the initiative of Ry Cooder called "The Buena Vista Social Club." Wenders film centered on Ry Cooder's efforts to find and reunite some of the musicians who had performed at the long closed club. The film also portrays sessions from the production of the album released in 1997 also titled Buena Vista Social Club. Both movie and album were highly successful, and expanded the reach of Cuban music around the world.

Los Lobos

Los Lobos is a mexican-american rock band from East Los Angeles, heavily influenced by rock and roll, tex-mex, country music, folk, blues, and traditional spanish / mexican music such as boleros and norteños. Formed in the late 1970's, band members Dave Hidalgo, Cesar Rojas, Steve Berlin, Louie Pérez and Conrad Lozano became the bellwether for Mexican-American music in the U.S. when they recorded the music for "La Bamba" in 1987, which added popular acclaim to the critical praise they had received for their 1984 album "How Will the Wolf Survive?".

From Gregs Myspace: Greg began Dj-ing in 1989 at the age of 17 shortly after emigrating to Perth Western Australia from Northampton England, he had been a heavy collector of vinyl since 1982 and since he already had a collection of 1000+ he decided it was time to purchase some decks and get seriously into dj-ing. The music Greg was collecting in the 80's was mainly hip hop, electro, soul & funk and a bit of reggae/dub, when he began mixing it was strictly hip hop until late 1990 when Greg was taken to a club in Perth called Limbo's and heard a Dj 'Dave Jackson' spin some early house...

To Sophia are a three piece acoustic band from Manchester, UK. Najia Bagi (vocalist), Paul Balcolmbe (guitarist) and Dave Johnson (percussionist), officially began playing together at the beginning of 2007. Since then, they have been gigging regularly at various nights in Manchester and London. Their influences range from Aretha Franklin, Billie Holiday and Sarah Vaughn, to Amon Tobin and ‘progressive’ rock bands such as Tool, Led Zeppelin and The Mars Volta.
