KyotoSapian

KyotoSapian is a solo chiptune project started in January 2008 by Joe Norman. Since it's inception, KyotoSapian has seen a steady -- though seemingly rather swift -- increase in technique and overall performance. An example of his quickly acquired ability is the inclusion of one of his early tracks on a chiptune music compilation release alongside, notably, Alec Empire, who is performing under the moniker Nintendo Teenage Robots for the compilation.
