The Meanies got together in Melbourne, Australia in 1989 and immediately made a name for themselves with a succession of sold out 7" singles on the Augogo label. They continued the relationship with Augogo (home to Australian groups like Magic Dirt, Scientists and Spiderbait) with the EP "Gangrenous" and the album Come 'n' See in 1991. In this time The Meanies had established themselves as one of Australia's pre-eminent underground rock bands through cultivating a huge all-age following and upsetting the rock establishment by breaking attendance records in the nation's capital cities.
28 Days were a seminal Australian punk rock band formed in Frankston, Australia during 1997. At their career peak, they had a #1 album (Upstyledown) on the Australian ARIAnet Albums Chart and also a #12 single ("Rip It Up") on the ARIAnet Singles Chart. The current members as of 2007 are Jay Dunne (vocals), Simon Hepburn aka 'Hep' (guitar), Damian Gardiner (bass) and Adrian Griffin (drums). Original drummer Adam was replaced by Scott Murray in 2000. Tragically, on 18 November 2001, Murray was killed in a hit-and-run accident in the Melbourne suburb of Kew.

Short Stack was an Australian pop punk band, formed in 2005. The band consisted of members Shaun Diviney, Andy Clemmensen and Bradie Webb. Shannon Hotchkins was also a member of Short Stack before any song was ever performed or recorded. Short Stack have twice been named channel 's Oz Artist of the year, and produced two gold-selling albums, three top ten singles, and ARIA number one chart award and a platinum-selling single.
Formed in the spring of 2007 in Brighton England, The Hotlines play pop punk with a big 50’s influence inspired by the Beach Boys and the Ramones. To date they have released two split 7inch singles, the first with Italian pop punks Radio Days on NTP records and the second with legendary American punk rockers The Queers on Devils Jukebox records. Philadelphia’s own Dirty Tactics have been steadily gaining notoriety as one of the most exciting, up and coming, young bands. Known for catchy melodies and sing along choruses that maintain pop sensibility but offer the intensity and vigor only seen in the punk rock underground. As the band grows, a much more obscure approach to the music has been evident. When combined with the lyrical content, and the cleaner twang of the guitars, the band falls into a unique category of music that is hard to find in recent years.
Summerset Avenue are a pop/rock band from Melbourne, Australia. Formed in early 2010, the band consists of Leeanne Rodgers (vocals), Carlos Peregin (guitar), Steve Cannatelli (bass) and Darren Keane (drums). Summerset Avenue recorded their debut EP titled "Nowhere Near Home" in Boston, MA in July 2010, which was mixed and mastered by Mike Picotte and Mike Watts (The Almost, Story Of The Year, As Cities Burn), and was independently released in October 2010.
