Beefy

Hailing from the Northwest, Beefy is a massive presence in the nerdcore hip-hop scene. Since 2005, Beefy has been pushing his positive, pop culture influenced message worldwide, beginning with his debut The Whitesican EP. Never afraid to make references to X-Men comic books or video game vixens, Beefy has also found a way to create his own style backed by pop, rock, and hard powered rap production.

There are two artists going by the name Heatbeat: 1). An Argentine duo. Heatbeat Music is formed by 2 young Argentine DJs and producers, Matias Faint (23 years old) and Agustin Servente (21 years old). This duo was created in the middle of 2006. As children, Matias and Agustin were influenced by artists like The Prodigy, Chemical Brothers, BT, Judge Jules, Paul van Dyk and more. Their productions range from progressive trance, electro trance, tech-trance, uplifting trance, Nu trance (or also known like Minimal trance).

She & Him

She & Him is an American indie folk band consisting of actress Zooey Deschanel (vocals, keyboards) and musician M. Ward (guitar, production). The pair first met in 2006 for a movie soundtrack project for the film 'The Go-Getter' in which they recorded a version of Richard and Linda Thompson’s "When I Get To The Border”. Their first studio album, Volume One, was released in March of 2008 on Merge Records. Their second studio album, Volume Two, was released March 23, 2010, just over two years since the release of Volume One.

David E. Sugar

David E. Sugar is an electronic musican, producer and songwriter from London. Between 2004 to 2006 he created songs with the use of a music making program on the gameboy. He collaborated with rapper Ears on the David E. Sugar vs. Ears EP - First Ok and has released various singles and EP's.
He has remixed Klaxons, Wiley, Rumble Strips, Operator Please, Lo Fidelity Allstars and many others.
He has toured with Hadouken! on their "Not here to please you" tour and is currently supporting them in the second half of their "Music for an accelerated culture" tour.

Random

At least ten artists have used this name: 1) Random (aka William Rickman, from Stockholm, Sweden) started his chipmusic career in 2002 with the joke-band randomshitmotherburger, but quickly discovered that his interest in chip-style sounds was no joke. Branching off as Random, he started making music with Game Boy in 2004, after being introduced to Carillon Tracker by Karawapo (of Pepino).
Random has performed live in Sweden, Holland, Belgium, Finland, England, Italy and the US, and used to be one of the organizers behind Stockholm's Microdisko.
