There appears to be more than one artist with this name. 1. Exhibit 'A' formed in late 1978 when four 14-year-olds discovered a shared interest in John Peel's late night radio shows — whilst avoiding sporting activities together during school breaks. They produced three issues of a fanzine, Wombat Weekly, and recorded their first EP, No Elephants this Side of Watford Gap at a central London youth club in 1979.

Sandy Rivera is an American record producer, House music DJ and label owner. Born in New York City, he is now based in New Jersey. Rivera started his career at age 13 as a DJ in his native Spanish Harlem. He began producing house music in 1992, specializing in a more soulful sound. He has worked under a variety of pseudonyms, including Kings of Tomorrow, Soul Vision and Mysterious People, either alone or with partners Jose Burgos, Haze and Jay 'Sinister' Sealee (Rivera has parted ways with Sealee in 2002).

Having moved on recently from the cool ad-friendly, chill-out throb of his Jakatta moniker, Dave has embarked upon a series of production projects including developing and producing new electro- rockers The Like Me’s due to release their first album at the end of this year.
