Let's Tea Party are Samuel, Richard and Jonathan. They live in a house together. They bicker, they banter but mostly they make noises. On stage they run about but fall over. Sometimes they play with violins, flutes, kazoos, loop pedals, cowbells but mostly just their voices and their souls. pop.bounce.
Laveer, (vrb) - to beat against the wind. "That's what the dictionary says it means", explains the band, "it's like we see ourselves as sailors, sailing into the wind and riding the waves against all adversity......that or something like that. Would you like another biscuit?" Laveer are four, tea spilling musicians who favour acoustic instruments and like making songs together.
Many moons ago Dave met Andrew and Andrew met Dave, at about the same time. Both had things in common; an addiction of music, enjoying the occasion bite of jazz and a love of being slightly different from the rest. This then took the form in the first song 'The Moon is Made of Cheese'. With Dave on drums and Andrew on guitar/vocals they lacked one instrument, the bass. Conveniently after a few years Oli appeared; Dave saw him, Andrew saw him, both saw him playing the bass and playing it well, this was perfect so Oli was soon ushered into the band.
