Red Sun

There are apparently at least three bands with this name... 01) From smooth, bossa-tinged, ultra fashionable tracks to dreamy yet solid electro pop, the duo of Maiko Mogi and Naoya Yoshida navigate through all sorts of twee bedroom grooves as RED SUN. Formed around 2000, the duo has released a number of albums over the years. They mostly blend singer Maiko's mid-range, smokey voice with the equally muted and organic synths.

Graf Orlock

In late 2003 Graf Orlock formed as an answer to monotony of “heart felt” lyrics and “sincere” prose. By pushing the envelope of the "cinema-grind" genre, Graf Orlock balance on the illusory edge of relevance and complete absurdity, longing for the heyday of late 80s and early 90s action movies, and the artistry of thematic creativity contained therein. Exploring issues as wide spread as terrorism, cybernetic revolution, inter-planetary colonialism, and psychotic delusion, Graf Orlock investigate the nether regions of the human condition.

Said and Done

short version Said And Done is a hardcore band. long version SAID AND DONE is just a bunch of kids playing the music they love, HARDCORE. Taking cues from the 80′ies their songs are full of groove and melody, but with a raw edge. Add some lyrics that are trying to bring accross a message (without being pretentious) to the mix and you’ll get the idea what they’re all about. Two tracks, recorded with Michiel Toenink, introduced the band to the world in 2006. This online released promo got their name out fast and got things started.
