The Gypsy Nomads

A dynamic amalgamation of on-stage chemistry, energy and musicality, New York duo, The Gypsy Nomads, also affectionately known as Frenchy and the Punk, channel the spirit of the gypsy sound, lacing it with a cabaret, celtic and neo-medieval flavor rooted in punk, folk and the vineyards of southern France. Koshka

Based in Glasgow since their formation in 2001, KOSHKA (formerly Kesha) came together as a result of Oleg Ponomarev, Nigel Clark and Lev Atlas’ mutual love of music as diverse as classical, folk, and hotclub. Although no strangers to the big stage, having played to thousands during their respective careers, KOSHKA honed their sound playing intimate shows at Russian Café Cossachok and have rapidly become an in demand world music act.

Shantel

Shantel (Stefan Hantel) is a DJ and producer from Germany. He was born in Frankfurt am Main in 1968. After growing up in Frankfurt, he went to Paris to study graphic design. In 1991 he opened a club called Lissania Essay in the Frankfurt red light district. (There's also an female R&B singer named Shantel: http://www.myspace.com/shantelsvoice. The albums "Arize (It's Time To Shine)" and "It's Over Now" are by her.)

Damon

Damon is the artistic name of David Del Conte, an American gypsy musician. Based in Los Angeles, David Del Conte and Charlie Carey had already pursued careers in popular music for many years before deciding to embrace the underground rock movement. His debut album, Song of a Gypsy, was originally released in 1969.

The Tiger & Me are architects of sing-along good times, dark-edged pop-leaning folk and side-leering swagger. Their feverish live shows wring the full gamut of emotion from their audiences as frenzy gives way to restraint and menace becomes charm. Described by Inpress Magazine as "Cabaret/Circus/Euro Indie Folk-Pop Wunderkinds", The Tiger & Me exploded onto the music scene in 2010 with the launch of their debut album and subsequent performances at The Port Fairy Folk Festival, The Falls, The Apollo Bay Music Festival and The Hills are Alive.
