A View From Nihil is an HNW project (from Northern Ireland) appearing on multiple-way HNW-themed splits alongside Infirmary and others through Small Doses and Phage Tapes. A View From Nihil first released recordings in 2008. The artist also runs a small HNW blog and cdr series called the Order of the Harsh Noise Wall

Sophie Jamieson
Sophie has always sort of written songs since year 9 when her mum passed down the 40-year-old Yamaha she played at uni. After 6 years of churning out some hearty angst heard thankfully by few, it's taken her till the very end of her own first year at university to actually pen something half-decent. Since then she has started to find the music she really loves and has been letting it shape some songs she feels more able to play in public.
