The True Ingredients are cooking up a musical revolution. Calling them only a band
would be to miss the point, at its core are 33 artists including rappers, singers,
beatboxers, DJ's, brass players, drummers, bassists, percussionists, keyboard players,
guitarists, harpists and string players from all over the world; the UK, USA, France,
Brazil, Trinidad, Sudan, Canada, Ukraine, Jamaica, Germany, Mauritius and many

Chaos Trigger

Chaos Trigger are a progressive metal band from South Wales, UK. Playing metal that isn't constrained by boundaries and happy to let this show in the music they release Chaos Trigger has continued to move forward and are always looking to expand their sound. Chaos Trigger has consisted of 5 members since its inception, though the line up has changed in that time, there have been members who have stayed the course. The current line up has lasted the test of time with former singer Richie Evans recently rejoining making it the same line up for 3 years.

No Hope For Heroes is a Hardcore band from Cardiff, Wales. The band was formed in 2008 from the remnants of the Death Metal band Nikita, as a result of frustration with the current state of hardcore and metal. An EP is currently in the works.

TKIF is young, nubile and willing...those kind of words usually draw attention so lets go with that. Formed in the now distant 2008, in the desolate and unforgiving wasteland that is swansea, south wales, TKIF are a highly charged four piece rock & roll outfit, dependant on subtle plaguerism and cider'n'black. The future will hopefully accomodate and welcome us but who gives a shit anyways riigghht? and er, no synths here either...sorry electro fans...
