The Shimmies
We have two listings for bands called The Shimmies. 1) hail from Chico, CA.
2) alternative punk from Southend, UK (please see "The Shimmies!") "The Shimmies, O Lord! Please don't let them be misunderstood! They come not in the fashion of so many other bands of late, with a keen eye set to the whimsical attention of hipsters and mods, carefully prepared in the knowledge of a how a successful band should present themselves: manufactured and tightly packaged like Abercrombie and Fitch underwear models.
