CONICS are an explosive young five-piece post-punk band from Sydney, Australia that formed in mid-2010. Their music is rhythmically driven, incorporating bright, high-pitched guitars, soaring synth lines and harmonious vocal melodies. CONICS' influences range from a host of British new-wave and post-punk acts such as The Cure and Joy Division, to an array of contemporary indie artists including Foals and Klaxons. Northern Portrait

Northern Portrait is a indie pop group from Copenhagen, Denmark. The band was founded in July 2007. The band lists a few 80's bands among the influences (The Smiths, Echo And The Bunnymen and The Housemartins) and has recorded two EPs on the Matinée label, who signed them after just a few weeks after they uploaded their first demos on Myspace. An album is on the way.
