Tijuana Cartel

Tijuana Cartel is a Gold Coast band playing mexican and latin inspired music combined with house and electronic influences. It consists of Paul George and Carey O'sullivan as co-producers, guitarists and keyboard players. Regan Hoskins as MC & Daniel Gonzalez on latin percussion and a growing list of guests as live feature artists featuring DJ Freddie FlyFingaz, trumpet player Shannon Van Horn and Adam Dann on djembe & darabukka.

Mario Biondi is an Italian singer. Born in Catania, son of a popular song singer, still young sings in various small choruses. Years after he follows Califano, di capri, Bongusto, Fiorello and others in their tours. After a long series of participations with Italian and international artists and a small production of disco music, during 2006 he hits the success with the Schema Records album "Handful of Soul". His deep and warm voice recalls the great interpreters and music.

Two artists exist under this name: (1) ZIGO, from Sevenoaks, UK What started as a crazy idea in an attic space in September 2005 quickly became something beard-strokingly serious for four teenagers with delusions of grandeur, and from the sweaty depths of boys’ bedrooms came a unique sound, a blend of their love for artists ranging from Radiohead to Robert Johnson and Focus to Foals. At that time using a cheap mic in those same bedrooms, the band took the ultimate step of committing their collective noise to tape.

A producer with over 12 years experience in various genres and aliases, Will's tracks & remixes have featured on such labels as Hed Kandi & Time Records, as well as on national TV ad campaigns in the UK and Europe. His debut solo single on Urban Torque 'Latenite Bypass' dropped in March 2009 to much acclaim, with a second EP on the label released in September 2010. As a DJ Will is a consistent champion of new underground deep house, as well as a passionate torch-carrier for old school hip hop.

Jaga Jazzist

Jaga Jazzist is an experimental jazz band from Tønsberg, Norway, that rose to prominence when the BBC named their first official album, A Livingroom Hush (Smalltown Supersound/Ninja Tune), the best jazz album of 2002. The core of the band are brothers and main songwriters Lars Horntveth and Martin Horntveth. Martin formed Jaga Jazzist together with Ivar Christian Johansen in 1994 while they still were in their teens. Johansen later left the group to start other projects like Ravi (hip hop).

Kabuki is the name of more than one artist: 1) A veteran DJ of Germany's drum & bass scene and high-profile producer. Brought up as a classical guitarist, studying composition and abandoning everything for the thrill of electronic music. Co-founder of the label Precision Breakbeat Research in Frankfurt. Except for music ranging from Steve Reich to John Barry, Kabuki's heart belongs to the Asian cinema and martial arts. No wonder he chose Japan's flamboyant Kabuki theatre style as DJ alias.
