The Cut was a norwegian New Wave band, who had success in Norway and Germany in the early 80's. Their album from 1981 "Shadow Talks" sold to silver in Norway, and they had a minor hit in Norway and Germany with "In dieser Stad".
The band members were:
Don Buchanan: guitars, Torgrim Eggen: bass guitars, HC "Kikkan" Fossum: keyboards , Atle Gundersen: guitars, Arne Lund: drums, Volker Zibell: vocals.
Other members: Ivar Eidem, Rune Annaniassen, Anders Sevaldson, G
