Mybroken101 hail from the dorset region of United Kingdom. Band members Andrew Tomkinson, Matt Gowing, Doug Dalton, Greg Baggot and Simon Tomkinson formed in early 2005. Originally as trio of Simon Tomkinson (bass), Andrew Tomkinson(Drums) and Matt Gowing(guitar), soon growing to a four piece after the first few gigs, with old Hometownhifi bandmate Doug Dalton on guitar. The original blueprint was that of noise and electronics, with a large influence being drawn from early 90's bands like Jesus and mary Chain, My Bloody Valentine and a particular love of the Exterminator era Primal Scream.
