Anything by this 'artist' in your music library should be removed from Last.fm. Using iTunes you can do this by changing the media type to Audiobook or iTunes U, which is specifically for audio courses like Rosetta Stone's language lessons. Once the media type is changed from Music to iTunes U, the Last.fm application will automatically know not to scrobble these tracks.
