Rouen were formed around the Town of Bewdley in Worcestshire in the 1980's and signed to virgin.
they realeased 1 album and had a few singles, getting a listed on Radio 1 for one single. Nick Cox Keyboards

Nick Allsop,J. Johnson,Mark Roslanowski,Nick Sellars are the other members. other member was nick cox,, they had one album and four singles i think... young for a day was the big single.
