Nick Magnus is keyboardist and composer, long time collaborator of former guitarist of Genesis, Steve Hackett. He played on his most succesful albums like Defector or Spectral Mornings, using rich atmospheric synth and piano textures combining with tasty yet virtuosic playing. His solo album Hexameron is in similar vein, featuring many musicians including both Hackett brothers and singer of Hackett band, Pete Hicks.
