Mama's Gun is 25 year old singer, musician, composer & producer Andy Platts. Born to a Filipino mother and a British father in the city of Hong Kong, Andy spent the first half of his life constantly on the move between the worlds of west and east living in various places in both Asia and Europe before settling in the UK.
Music was one of the strongest continuities in his life at this time hence Andy fell into a musical world listening to the likes of Jimmy Scott, Shuggie Otis, Kurt Elling, Roy Ayers...
