Carrie Rodriguez

Reared in Austin, TX, and schooled at Berklee, fiddler/singer Carrie Rodriguez made her recording debut in 2002 alongside country-folk legend Chip Taylor on the Let's Leave This Town album. Taylor first heard her at the 2001 South by Southwest Music Festival and invited her to tour with him, which she did for years. She released her debut album, Seven Angels on a Bicycle, in 2006.

Lone taxidermist

The Lone Taxidermist plays with the macabre and gothic to create a disturbed beauty that exists in the darkest spaces of our minds. This one woman band comprises of saws, organs, bells, broken strings, old blues howling and an exquisite voice. The sound teeters on the edge of something beautiful and terrifying, that void were pleasure and pain mingle, tantalizing the ears. Natalie cut her teeth as the lead singer/songwriter of the very popular Manchester band The Bottomfeeders. But The Bottomfeeders are now dead.

Red Hot Chilli Pipers

The Red Hot Chilli Pipers are the winners of the Prime Time BBC One show 'When Will I Be Famous', with a blistering set Rock Bagpipes that astounded the viewers and critics! In 2004 the group appeared on the main stage at T in the Park with the headline band, rock group The Darkness, and a track from the new Red Hot Chilli Pipers CD was recently played on Radio One. The band features Stuart Cassells, the BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the Year 2005...

Rae Spoon

Rae Spoon.... Rae Spoon is a young artist who proudly follows in the time-honored tradition of the singers he respects. Armed with influences such as Woody Guthrie and Hank Williams, he continues to mine the territory that lays between reverence for the greats and his own original perspective and voice. Rae’s cowboy-folk twang and prairie imagery is borne out of his history as an Albertan and his lyrics stem from his own unique life experience as a person who is transgendered (born female now identifies as male).

Mànran are a band from Scotland, formed in 2010. Their music features guitar, accordion, fiddle, Highland pipes, Uilleann pipes, flute and drums, and songs in Gaelic.
The band members are Norrie MacIver, Gary Innes, Ewen Henderson, Calum Stewart, Ross Saunders and Scott Mackay.

Niels Hausgaard

Niels Hausgaard (born August 31, 1944) is a Danish singer, composer and entertainer. His career took off in the 70'ies, where his songs were delivered in his local tongue "vendelbomål". Since then he has elaborated as an artist with a compound form of humor, which he delivers personally on yearly tours of Denmark. Niels Hausgaard has deep contact with his audience on these occasions, which gives them each an individual setup.
