Of mice and men

After recording "Someday Came Suddenly" and touring some with Attack Attack! Austin left the band. With him leaving, Craig from Rise Records and Eric from The Artery Foundation told him to get into another band and that he would have their full support. After looking into established bands, and talking to different people, Austin decided to start something new of his own. He asked one of his best friends Jaxin Hall from New Zealand, to be his partner in crime and apart of whatever he did next.

Every Time I Die

Every Time I Die is a five-piece metalcore band from Buffalo, New York, founded in the winter of 1998. Though popularly classified as hardcore, Every Time I Die's sound also contains strong elements of metalcore, southern rock and thrash. Beginning with a noisy, chaotic sound close to mathcore they increasingly added fat grooves and twin leads to the mix with each release. Also of note are Keith's intelligent and often cryptic lyrics. The band announced on July 14, 2008 that they have left Ferret Music and have recently signed with Epitaph.

Funeral for a Friend

Funeral for a Friend are a Welsh rock band, from Bridgend. They have released four studio albums, five EPs and fifteen singles

Funeral for a Friend is a post-hardcore band from Wales. They formed in 2001 as a sextet called January Thirst. This did not last long, and in 2002 Funeral for a Friend recorded their debut EP Between Order and Model with their original 6-piece line up. After having been together for just a few months, the band changed their line up and subsequently signed a deal with Warner Brothers records for whom they recorded their second EP Four Ways To Scream Your Name.

The Word Alive is a six-piece post-hardcore band from Phoenix, Arizona, United States. This band is formerly Calling of Syrens. Lower Than Atlantis

Started by Ben and Mike in Aug 2007 this Watford based post-hardcore act have since released their debut CD 'Bretton' via Thirty Days Of Night Records. The band are currently writing a full length for an October 2009 release. Current members:

The Blackout

There is more than one artist with this name: 1) The Blackout are a band formed in 2003 in South Wales and drawing influences from across the board, they combine heavy crunching guitars, riffs, screams and thunderous drumbeats with beautiful melody and emotional driven vocals. The band has played shows in and around the UK with the likes of Lostprophets, Funeral for a Friend, Fightstar, Avenged Sevenfold, Dredg, 18 Visions, Thrice and Hidden in Plain View as well as opening up 'Give It A Name Festival' in April 2006.

SCREW

SCREW is a band from Japan.
They originally started out in March 2006 under Speeddisk label and are now signed under the 'Indie PSC' label (PS COMPANY Co.,Ltd). SCREW expresses the concept that "everybody has darkness inside -- the poisonous chemicals of darkness have to be screwed out of the body." They were originally a four-piece band, but became a twin guitar band when Manabu joined in June 2007. At the start of 2010, their new bassist Rui (ex Jewel joined the band, after their previous bassist Yuuto left the band in the beginning of the year.
