We Came As Romans

We Came As Romans, is a post-hardcore/metalcore band from Troy, Michigan. Driven by the passion to not go unnoticed they put all their effort and talent into their live shows and the release of Demonstrations. Their latest EP "Dreams" shows just how far the band is willing to push themselves. Signed to Equal Vision Records (announced April 16th) after being named Alternative Press' "Best Unsigned Band" early 2009.

Alesana

The crowd is still screaming at a sold out show in Anaheim, California as the sweetcore phenomenon known as Alesana exits the stage. "I don't think I’ll ever get used to this," says frontman Dennis Lee as he tips back the last swallow of his water bottle. "Seeing kids go crazy like that thousands of miles away from home reminds me that I have the best job in the world. Oh, and that wearing cowboy boots on stage probably isn't the best idea in the world...but it simply must be done.

The Devil Wears Prada

The Devil Wears Prada is a christian metalcore band formed in 2005 in Dayton, Ohio, United States. They were formally signed to Rise Records, but are currently signed to Ferret Records. The band has amassed a large underground following on PureVolume and MySpace. Although the band's inspiration for their name was from Lauren Weisberger's novel, The Devil Wears Prada, lead-singer Mike Hranica states this in the band's blog (www.myspace.com/tdwp):

Rinse

1) Rinse was an emo/hardcore band active in the mid 1990's, featuring ex-members of Prevail, and members who would later play in bands like Hassan I Sabbah, Forcefedglass, etc. They released a Self-Titled 6-song 7" on Concurrent in 1996, and a song on a compilation 7" entitled From Stars Come Hearts on Witching Hour in 1997. 2) Rinse is the name of a grime MC from London, UK and a member of G-Fam unit.

The South

There are at least two bands that go by this name, one British and one American: 1) The South is a band consisting of former The Beautiful South members Dave Hemmingway, Alison Wheeler, Dave Stead, Damon Butcher and others; they primarily play live and are yet to make any releases. 2) The South were a hardcore band from St Augustine, FL. Members went on to be in Environmental Youth Crunch, In Danger Of Dead, Tubers, Solid Pony, Centipede, Alligator, and more. They've played 2 reunion shows since doing their farewell caravan tour July9-11th, 2004.

The Bled

(2001-2011)
The Bled is a post-hardcore/mathcore band from Tucson, Arizona. Formed in 2001, they soon established a name for themselves in their home town, playing many shows and often to sold out audiences. Eventually they signed to Fiddler Records and released one album through them - Pass The Flask. The band toured extensively in support of this album. However, before recording started for their second album, original bass player, Mike Celi, left the band. He was replaced by Darren Simoes.

Vanna

Vanna is a post-hardcore band from Boston, MA. They formed in December 2004 with just Evan Pharmakis and Nick Lambert and recorded their first demo in a dorm room at MassArt using a drum Machine. Soon they recruited drummer Brandon Davis (who at the time was playing guitar for the band Therefore I Am), bassist Shawn Marquis, and vocalist Joe Bragel. They then recorded and self released their first E.P. "This Will Be Our Little Secret". The Six song E.P.
